At our Denture clinic, we only use only the finest materials when it comes to creating your dentures. Your smile is an investment, and purchasing quality dentures will save you money in the long run. The Denture clinic will construct the perfect dentures suitable just for you. Dentures are about more than just function, you deserve to look and feel confident about your smile.

A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. Two types of dentures are available -- complete and partial dentures. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain. In any case, our range of cosmetic dentures will leave you with a complete and striking smile!

Frequently Asked Questions

What denture services are available?

Green Valley Dental offers an extensive range of denture services and products. We offer both brand new dentures as well as denture repairs for existing dentures (even for those received at other dental clinics!). We also offer tooth implants, where a surgical component is fused with the jaw or skull to support a crown, bridge or denture.

How long does it take to get dentures?

It will take a couple of visits to make dentures, usually occurring between 3 to 6 weeks depending on the patient.

How much do dentures cost?

Dentures typically cost between $1000-$2000 depending on the patient and their insurance details. It is best to come in for an appointment so we can give you an accurate quote on your situation.

I have broken my dentures, what do I do?

You should book in for an appointment right away! Green Valley Dental offers full denture repair services for broken or damaged dentures.

How do I clean my dentures?

The best way to clean your dentures is to brush your denture with a soft bristled tooth brush in warm soapy water, and then wash it in a denture cleaning solution such as Sterodent or Polident to kill germs and bacteria. You should not brush your dentures with regular toothpastes, as they contain an abrasive agent which can damage the acrylic and leave scratches on the surface.

My dentures hurt me, what do I do?

Your dentures should not be painful, so if you are experiencing discomfort, please book in for an appointment so we can accurately judge your situation.

How should I store my dentures?

You should keep your dentures in the denture box provided when you do not have them in your mouth. This will protect them from any damage.

Will dentures affect what I can eat?

At first, they will affect your ability to eat. Start with soft, small pieces of food, and soon you will adjust to your dentures.

Is it OK to sleep with my dentures?

We recommend removing your dentures while you sleep. It is a good idea to leave your dentures out for at least 8 hours a day to give the tissue supporting your denture a chance to rest.

When should I get new dentures?

We advise a new set of dentures every 5-7 years to keep up with the changes in the mouth and in case of any deterioration to the dentures. However, a regular 6 monthly check up is also advisable to spot any problems early and to check the underlying tissues supporting the denture for signs of infection or sore spots.
